Welcome to the call for submissions for the Third Edition of the Human Rights Are Universal Arts Festival, proudly presented by East African Visual Artists! We are thrilled to invite creatives and filmmakers to submit their work for consideration in the following categories:

• Visual Arts: painting, drawing, printmaking, sculpture, ceramics, photography, comics, and crafts.
• Film: documentary film, short film, and feature films (local and international).
